What are doe’s false lashes made of?

doe’s lashes are made of ultra-fine Korean synthetic silk fiber and crafted using a light cotton blend to create the cotton band that gives it a weightless feeling.

How long can you wear false eyelashes?

doe's traditional strip lashes can be worn 15+ times with proper care and our magnetic lashes last for 60+ wears. Always remember to remove the lash adhesives after each use and put it back in the lash case to retain its shape. We offer lash after care tips here.

How long do false eyelashes stay on?

False eyelashes can last all day with proper application. We suggest trimming the lash to better fit your eye and adding an extra dot of glue at the ends of the strip to avoid the dreaded lash lift. Let us know if this works for you!

How can I take care of false eye lashes?

To remove the lashes, use the tips of your fingers to grasp the edges and gently remove from your eyelids. After removal, you will see the lash glue still attached to the base of the lash strip . Use your fingertips to remove the remaining glue.

IMPORTANT - Hold onto the cotton band rather than the hair while doing this as the hairs are delicate and may fall off. After your lashes are clean and dry, store them in their original case to maintain the shape until it’s time to use them again. See the full after care video here.

Can you shower with false fake eye lashes?

We do not recommend getting the false eyelashes wet as it could warp the shape of the lashes and damage the fibers.

Are false eyelashes hard to put on?

Are your lashes cruelty free?

Absolutely! We use premium silk fiber from Korea and cotton strips to craft our lashes. Every step of our supply-chain is ethically established and we do routine inspections with our vendors to ensure that the work environment is up to our standards. This means that we do not work with factories with records of working with low-wage labor camps or factories with a history of serious human rights violations.

Promotions & Discounts

How come my discount code won't work?

Discount codes cannot be applied to products that are already discounted, such as our bundles or any items currently on sale. In addition, promo codes cannot be stacked, so if something in your cart is discounted already, you may not apply an additional discount code.

Where do I enter the discount code?

You can enter your promo code during the checkout process! On mobile, you may need to expand a tab during the checkout page to see the box that asks for coupon code or gift card.

The item I’ve purchased is now on sale, am I able to receive a price adjustment?

We can offer you a price adjustment if your order meets the following conditions:

1. Price adjustments can only be made within 2 days of the date the order was placed.

2. Your order had no discount applied.

3. Your order does not contain any “free gift with purchase” items.

If we are able to make the adjustment, we will refund the price difference in the form of a gift card.

Can I redeem multiple reward codes in a single order?

Reward codes do not stack. If you have a 10% off discount, You may not also use a "free shipping" code. Only one reward at a time will apply to a single order.

However, feel free to email us at hi@doebeauty.com to help you merge multiple reward codes.

Why is shipping so expensive

We work really hard to give everyone the most reasonable shipping rate for their order. We work with carriers around the world for the most up-to-date rates and ensure that we're charging the amount that'll help us with the expense of shipping your products. The rate that you're seeing is the rate that we pay our carrier and a little bit more to pay our warehouse staff a fair and deserving wage.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

What is your shipping speed?

Our packing hours are 9am-12pm PST Monday - Friday, We stop shipping after 12pm PST because that is the time the carrier arrives to pick up the parcels. 

If you place an order over the weekend, we will ship it out during business hours. The speed of receiving your order can depend on a few things such as your shipping method and the location your order is being shipped to. We offer several different methods of shipping. Each shipping method has its own handling time, benefits, etc. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks processing time during major sale periods.

International Shipping Notice

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for contacting customs centers. In the event of a return, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

I think my order is lost in transit, help!

If you have a tracking number and you see that your order has not moved, or your tracking number says your order is delivered but you have not received the package you may file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

All claims are the customer's responsibility with the carrier. We do not issue refunds when orders are lost in transit. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance.

Returns and Exchanges

What's your return policy?

Our return policy for all products is as follows:

  • All products are final sale, including sale and promotional items, as well as digital membership or subscription orders.

  • We do not accept returns for international orders.

  • If you encounter any quality issues with your order, please contact us within one week of delivery, providing images or videos that clearly show the problem and a detailed description of the issue. You will also need to provide a photograph of your complete packing slip in order to resolve the issue.

  • Please note that refunds or credits are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our company conducts strict quality control processes to verify orders before shipping. If a problem is identified, we will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

How do subscriptions work?

Once you sign up for our doe subscription program and are billed for your first box, you will receive your lashes 2-3 business days from each successful payment (confirmation of next order will be sent via email). You will be automatically set on a recurring payment schedule based on the option you chose.

How do I subscribe?

To subscribe, go to the lash product page you would like to subscribe to, select the option to subscribe, and choose your preferred subscription cycle.

How can I add/remove the lashes my subscription?

You can view and edit your subscriptions by logging in to your account and accessing the customer account portal or by visiting https://www.doebeauty.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access and entering the email address associated with your account.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your doe account here and clicking  "Manage Subscriptions". Please make sure to cancel before the billing date on your schedule in order to prevent new charges from being processed.
