What are false lashes made of?

Doe Lashes are made with ultra-fine Korean silk fiber and crafted using a light cotton blend to create the cotton band that gives it a weightless feeling.

How long can you wear false eyelashes?

Doe's false lashes can be worn over 16 times with proper care. Always remember to remove the lash adhesives after each use and put it back in the lash case to retain its shape. See the care instructions here.

How long do false eyelashes stay on?

False eyelashes can be worn throughout the day with the right glue. We recommend adding a tad bit extra on the ends of the stripe to avoid the corners falling off. Also trimming the lashes to the correct length (after measuring with your eyes) can help it stay on as it doesn't constantly brush against the corner of your eyes. 

How do I take care of false eye lashes?

To remove the lashes, use the tips of your fingers to grasp the edges and peel it off your eyelids.After removing, you can see that the lashes will have an adhesive strip stuck at the base. Use your fingertips to remove the adhesive. Remember to hold onto the cotton band rather than the hair while doing this as the hairs are delicate and can fall off.After your lashes are clean and dry, store them in their original case to maintain the shape until it’s time to use them again. See the full care video here.

Can you shower with false fake eye lashes?

We do not recommend getting the false eyelashes wet as it could warp the shape of the lashes and damage the hair.

Are false eyelashes hard to put on?

False eyelashes are actually incredibly easy to put on with a few practices. See our wear tutorial here.

Are the lashes cruelty free?

Absolutely! We use premium silk fiber from Korea and cotton stripes to craft our lashes by hand. We also do routine inspections with our vendors to ensure that the work environment are up to our standards and every steps of the supply-chain is ethically established. This means that we do not work with factories with records of receiving labor from low-wage labor camps or factories with a history serious human rights violations in relation to labor.

Where do I enter the discount code?

You can enter the code during the checkout process! On mobile, you may need to expand a tab during the checkout page to see the input box that ask for coupon code or gift card.

How come my discount code wont' work?

Discount codes cannot be applied to products that are already discounted, such as our bundles or any items currently on sales. In addition, they cannot be stacked on top of each other, so if something in your cart is discounted already, it may not have another discount applied to it. 


Important Shipping Notice

Our system must verify that the address you enter during checkout is a valid address. If our systems detect an error in your address, your order will be put on hold and we will email you, this could cause a delay during the handling period. Please double check your address during checkout!

Why is shipping so expensive

We work really hard to give everyone the most reasonable shipping rate that'll cover our expense to ship and pack the lashes to you. We work with carriers around the world for the most up-to-date rates and ensure that we're charging the amount that'll help us with the expense of shipping everything. The rate that you're seeing is the rate that we pay our carrier and a little bit more to pay our warehouse staff a living wage.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.!

How fast is your shipping speed?

Our packing hours are 9am-12pm PST Monday - Friday, We stop shipping after 12pm PST because that is the time the Carrier arrive to pick up the parcels. 

If you place an order on the weekend we will ship it out during business days. The speed of receiving your order can depend on a few things such as your shipping method choice and the location your order is being shipped to. We offer several different methods of shipping. Each shipping method has its own handling time, benefits etc. 

Please allow up to a 2 week delay for our major sales!

International Shipping Notice

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for contacting customs centers. In the event of a return, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

I think my order is lost in transit

If you have a tracking number and you see that your order is not moving in its transit to you, or your tracking number says your order is delivered but you have not received the package you may file a claim with USPS here:

All claims are customers responsibility with the carrier. We do not issue refunds when orders are lost in transit. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance.

Returns and Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We do accept returns if the item is unused and in it's original conditions. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded. 

If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number. Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.

Important Note: For Lashes that are handmade, some discrepancies in hair assignment may/will occur. Please keep in mind that handmade lashes will not look symmetrical. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment,  it does not constitute as a "Damaged" item, therefore, replacements will be denied. 

If you also get an allergic reaction from putting on lashes, please note that it is most likely due to the glue since the lash materials are hypoallergenic. We do NOT accept requests due to allergic reactions.

I don't like it, can I exchange it?

If you're not satisfied with your Doe order, we'll be more than happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of receiving the order. Our top priority is to make sure that you're happy with your order, and we will work with you to make it right for you. Please let us know by filling out the contact form with your order number and description of the problem.  

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

How do subscriptions work?

Once you subscribe to your Doe Lashes subscription program and are billed for your first box, you will receive your lashes 2-3 business days from each successful payment and will also receive a confirmation email with tracking information sent via email to the email you subscribed with. You will be automatically set on a recurring payment schedule based on the recurring option you chose. 

How do I subscribe?

To subscribe, go to the lash product page you would like to subscribe to, select the option to subscribe, and choose the recurring subscription cycle to your preference.

How can I add/remove the lashes my subscription?

You can view and edit your subscriptions by logging in and accessing customer account portal or by going here and entering your order email.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Doe account here and clicking on "Manage Subscriptions" to cancel your subscription. Please make sure to cancel before the billing date on your schedule in order prevent charges from being made.

How can I join the rewards prorgam?

You can join the our rewards program in order to earn Doe bucks by signing up on our site here and you'll automatically be registered to earn points! 

How do I see my Doe bucks?

You can check your Doe bucks and see your redemption/earnings history by going here.

How can I earn Doe bucks?

You can earn points by completing some activities here, or also earn 5 Doe points every dollar you spend on the Doe Lashes!

Where can I redeem rewards with my Doe bucks?
