How To Clean Magnetic Lashes

Apr 14, 2022
How To Clean Magnetic Lashes

You finally got your fav pair of fabulous Doe Lashes, you wore them all day, and it felt fantastic! Now it’s time to remove those beauties, but how do you clean and store your falsies the right way? It’s crucial that you know what to do so your lashes look their best. Here are some of the steps on how to keep your lashes clean.

How To Clean Your Magnetic Lashes in 3 Steps

Before you remove your magnetic lashes, you need to wash your hands first. Use an antibacterial soap and warm water. Washing your hands can remove bacteria and germs that may migrate to your eyes and cause irritation/infection.

After you wash and dry your hands, follow the next three steps to clean your falsies.

1. Remove Your Magnetic Lashes

Carefully remove your magnetic lashes by peeling them away from your upper lash line. Begin by grabbing the lash band from the outer corner and continue peeling the magnetic lashes all the way across your lash line to the inner corner. Repeat this step with the magnetic lashes on the other eye.

2. Clean the Lashes and Magnets

Remove residual eyeliner and other makeup from the lash band and lash fibers. Soak a cotton pad or cotton ball in an oil-free makeup remover. You must use an oil-free makeup remover to avoid damaging the lashes.

Gently rub the cotton pad against the lash magnets to remove old makeup and clean the lash band and lashes. Only clean the lash fibers if necessary. The fibers are delicate and can be damaged easily.

3. Dry and Store the Lashes

Allow the lashes to air dry on a clean towel. When your lashes are dry, store them in their original box in a cool, dry, and dark place. Never store your lashes while they are damp. Doing so may cause the lashes to lose their gorgeous curl and shape.

Doe Neo magnetic lashes last up to 60 wears as long as you clean and store them properly.
